PAUL KIRSCH

Paul Kirsch, originally from Boston, Massachusetts, has lived and worked in the Bay area for thirty years. He graduated, cum laude, with a degree in history from Vanderbilt University and with a law degree from the University of Notre Dame before moving to California.

Paul also has more than 30 years of trial and appellate experience, specializing in employment, business, breach of fiduciary duty and corporate, trust, receivership and partnership litigation issues. He has significant successes in corporate governance disputes, unfair competition cases, business torts, antitrust, trade secret, and a wide range of intellectual property disputes.

Paul has been extremely successful both at the trial and appellate court levels in state and federal courts and private arbitrations in numerous employment, partnership, unfair competition, IP and other cases.  Paul has lectured and written on a number of cutting edge legal issues and has represented clients in connection with government investigations.
